While there are several schools offering adult ballet in Melbourne, until recently there were no classes especially for seniors. Senior Swans, a seniors’ ballet syllabus which has gained an enthusiastic following in New Zealand, has now launched in Australia.

Currently, classes are taught in Airport West, but more classes will be offered in other locations depending on demand, so it is worth contacting them to register your interest. They also offer online courses which are beautifully filmed with clear instructions.
